1-2-3 DropShot 90-Day Limited Warranty
WARRANTY DURATION: This Product is warranted to the original consumer for a period of ninety days (90) days from the original purchase date.
WARRANTY COVERAGE: 1-2-3 DropShot LLC warrants to the original Purchaser that the 1-2-3 DropShot game is free from defects in material and workmanship when used for the intended purpose under normal use and conditions. THIS WARRANTY IS VOID IF THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN DAMAGED BY ACCIDENT, UNREASONABLE USE, NEGLIGENCE, IMPROPER SERVICE, FAILURE TO FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS FOR PRODUCT OR OTHER CAUSES NOT ARISING OUT OF DEFECTS IN MATERIAL AND WORKMANSHIP. NEGLIGENCE INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, LEAVING THE 1-2-3 DROPSHOT GAME IN THE RAIN OR OTHER HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS.
WARRANTY PERFORMANCE: During the above ninety (90) day warranty period, 1-2-3 DropShot LLC shall repair or replace with a comparable 1-2-3 DropShot game, or component, which may prove defective under normal use, proper care, and our examination and determination that the game or component is defective. 1-2-3 DropShot Care Instructions
Water Resistance Notice: 1-2-3 DropShot boxes and bamboo cups are water-resistant, but not waterproof. As a result, please do not leave the games exposed to the rain or inclement weather. Leaving the games outside in the rain will cancel the warranty. To clean, wipe the 1-2-3 DropShot game with a damp cloth.
